I founded RateWise Mortgage in 2010 with a simple mission: no Canadian family should overpay on their mortgage because they didn't know better options existed.

Today, our team has helped over 5,000 families save on their mortgages. We work with 50+ lenders — including all major banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders — to ensure our clients always get the best rate and terms for their situation.

Unlike banks, we work for you, not the lender. Our advice is unbiased, and we get paid the same regardless of which lender you choose. That means our only incentive is to find you the best deal.
